Eleven North Capital is a New York based family real estate office with holdings located in several states across both Coasts and the Midwest. The firm specializes in single tenant commercial space with a targeted focus on healthcare, convenience stores/gas stations and logistics facilities. ​

The team is led by Managing Partners and brothers, Michael and Daniel Gross. Both bring years of property management and ownership experience to the business. Each partner lends a different specialty that merges to make for a strong and thoughtful management team. Michael, a real estate attorney by trade and Daniel a background in business and marketing.

Michael H. Gross, Esq.
Managing Partner
Michael brings to the team more than eight years of experience as a litigator and property manager. An attorney by trade licensed in the State of New York, Michael started his career as as Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx and brought that experience into his role as a civil litigator, specializing in foreclosure and other real estate litigation matters. Michael lives in Westchester, NY with his wife, two sons and dog.

Daniel L. Gross
Managing Partner
Daniel began his career in advertising, specializing in quick service, fast casual restaurants, convenience store and banking clients prior to founding Eleven North Capital with his brother, Michael. In that time Daniel and Michael also owned and managed a commercial property in Brooklyn, NY. As Daniel’s experience in property management grew so did his love for the real estate business. Daniel turned his expertise in growing brands and managing clients into growing a real estate portfolio and managing tenants. Daniel lives in Concord, MA with his wife, Hayley, where he runs the firm's Boston office.
