Eleven North Capital is a New York based family real estate office with holdings located in several states across both Coasts and the Midwest. The firm specializes in single tenant commercial space with a targeted focus on healthcare, convenience stores/gas stations and logistics facilities. ​

The team is led by Managing Partners and brothers, Michael and Daniel Gross. Both bring years of property management and ownership experience to the business. Each partner lends a different specialty that merges to make for a strong and thoughtful management team. Michael, a real estate attorney by trade and Daniel a background in business and marketing.

Michael H. Gross, Esq.
Managing Partner
Michael is a graduate of George Washington University and Brooklyn Law School, offering the team over 12 years of experience as a litigator and property manager. As a licensed attorney in New York, he began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx, which he later applied to his work as a civil litigator, focusing on foreclosure and real estate litigation. Michael leads the firm's New York office and resides in Westchester, NY, with his wife, two sons, and dog.

Daniel L. Gross
Managing Partner
Daniel launched his career in advertising after graduating from Northeastern University Business School, where he refined his skills in brand and marketing strategies for Fortune 500 companies. He created comprehensive ad campaigns for clients in various sectors, including quick-service restaurants, convenience/gas and banking. In 2017, after co-managing a commercial property in Brooklyn with his brother, he transitioned to real estate and co-founded Eleven North Capital. Daniel now leads the firm's Boston office and lives in Concord, MA, with his wife, Hayley.
